Tickets

Ticket Prices

If you miss out on our Thrifty Fifty tickets – don’t worry. The price is a bargain at £65 (regular) and £50 (student).

Substitute delegates are permitted but we ask that, where possible, you let us know of any name changes to the ticket at least 7 days prior to the event.

Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival to the Conference. Only delegates with a valid wristband will be permitted entry into the event.

Day Tickets

These may be issued a month before the event depending on ticket sales prior to that point. We are unable to guarantee day tickets will be available.

Babies and Children

Babies (0-3)

We are able to provide a creche for the two morning main sessions (Fri and Sat) and during the seminars on Friday afternoon. Please note that your child is your responsibility at all others times of the event. You will need to book your child into the creche as part of your booking form.

Children (4 years +)

We are unable to accommodate children at this event and there will not be any provision for them within the building. If you have no choice but to bring your child, you will need to purchase a full price ticket for them.

 

Food and Drink

The great news is that lunch and dinner is provided on Friday and a lunchtime hot meal on Saturday. You’ll just have to make your own arrangements for breakfast!

There will be free tea and coffee available throughout the event.

 

Accommodation

There are a number of options available to you. Ipswich itself is home to a number of fairly cheap hotel options, like Travelodge or Premier Inn. Alternatively, you could book an Air BnB as a group or there is the Lilo City option, which has limited availability.

The New Venue

We are so excited to be holding Sent at Hope Church, Ipswich, for the first time and are pleased to be able to offer all of our usual Sent items, such as Lilo City and crèche, in the new venue.

Sign Language

We will endeavour to make this available within the main sessions. This will be dependent on demand and availability of signers. Please indicate when making your booking if this is something you require and we will be in touch nearer the time to see how best we can serve you.

There will be a range of seminar options for you to choose from. This information will be sent out to you beforehand to enable you to book in BEFORE the Conference.

Hang on…didn’t we meet together with the Relational Mission leadership conference in London this year? Yes we did and it was great. We will be meeting just as Sent in 2019 and joining with the leadership conference in London again in 2020.
